We want your stay at The Ambers to be as smooth as possible, so please take a moment to review our cancellation policy before booking.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The remaining 50% balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. Once paid, all payments are non-refundable.

This means:

• If you cancel at any time after booking, the 50% deposit is forfeited.

• If you cancel within 90 days of arrival (after the final balance has been paid), 100% of the booking value is non-refundable.

If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. However, The Ambers is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against cancellations, travel delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, there is ample free parking on-site. You can park directly in front of the property.
